I have been contacting you for over 19 days and want to get a refund and return my item Order number CTOP3551
I ordered and received a set of three seat recliner sofa covers. One was ripped at a seam that was not fully sewn. The covers did not fit my sofa even though the measurements shown on website indicated a good fit for my sofa's size. I've tried to contact this company through chats, emails to no avail. I also tried to make the return following website's instructions but it is not functioning and won't allow me to make exchange. I'm beginning to wonder about this company??
This is NOT true to its advertisement. I measure our couch and selected the cover accordingly and it is a medium sized blanket at best, it doesn’t even cover a chair! Very displeased and trying to return.
I really like the feel of the cover. Went on quite easily. My chair doesn't have places for all the pieces to wrap completely but seems like it will stay in place & work fine. We had to put some hooks under the bottom to hook the back cover straps. Directions would be nice. Will be so nice to keep my chair covered & clean with a washable protector.
I love my recliner, and it showed! Recovering it was going to be costly, and I knew I’d never find one I liked as much. This cover is perfect, and now invites guests to our home to relax and unwind. Thank you!!

These covers were perfect, they fit my chairs perfectly, the seam aligned great with my chairs and the fabric is soft and the print is as pictured. Thank you!
Fits well and arrived timely. Didn't come with instructions but it was fairly easy to figure out via trial and error.
I am so pleased with my new barrel chair slipcovers. They are a perfect match to my decor.
The slipcover is soft and fits pretty well. The floral pattern looks very nice in our living room. Between a quote of $1200 for reupholstering and $39 for this slipcover, it’s a no brainer!
The cover fits quite well and is a nice, jersey type material. Wish a matching ottoman cover was available .
When I opened the package I thought “oh no” this won’t fit. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put on and how nice it looks!! Very happy with the product!

I have had the slipcover on my recliner loveseat for 2 days now. It fits well and stays in place. It looks great! It was easy, but a bit fiddly, to put on because I had to flip my loveseat over in order to secure the elastic loops.
